Niamh is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has been a practising plastic surgeon for over 15 years. She did her medical training in London, qualifying as a doctor in 1984, before going on to study surgery and then plastic surgery. She became a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Australia in 1993. She is a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Niamh is currently the President of the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Niamh is involved in research into breast surgery and has published in scientific journals. She lectures regularly on breast surgery at various forums.

Her work at the Cosmetic Refinement Clinic comes from a plastic surgical background with a strong emphasis on safety and efficacy of treatments, and awareness and availablity of the most current therapies. Only treatments which have been fully evaluated and researched are used, which means that sometimes the 'latest and greatest' therapies widely espoused in the media will not be available through this clinic. Her training in Plastic Surgery means she has a high level of understanding of facial anatomy, enabling an individualised approach to injectable treatments. No referral is needed for the services provided by her at this clinic. She also provides advice on laser therapies, including AURA, ALEX and NdYAG.

Dianne MacRae

Senior Registered Nurse

Dianne is a highly qualified nurse who has worked as a critical care educator and a hospital supervisor. She commenced working with Niamh Corduff in 2002 as a practice nurse developing her skill as a nurse injector through intense training workshops and direct courses under the guidance of plastic surgeon Niamh Corduff.

In 2004 Dianne began training other nurses in Geelong sharing her unique and highly regarded injecting techniques for both anti-wrinkle treatments and associated injectables. She has the ability to combine her artistic talents with a high technical skill.

Jennifer Horvath

Jenny has extensive experience as a senior Registered Nurse and has worked at the clinic since its inception in 2004.

Jenny provides a range of services including injectable anti wrinkle treatments, lip enhancement and injectable treatment for excessive sweating. She has a warm and welcoming personality and will help guide you towards the best way of achieving your goals. She has an excellent eye and sense of aesthetics that help ensure your results will be pleasing and aesthetically balanced with an emphasis on a natural subtle fresh look.

Deborah Bedford

Debra is a highly qualified Senior Registered Nurse with extensive experience in the operating theatre.

She commenced work with Dr Niamh Corduff in 2008 as a practice nurse, assisting in small surgical procedures performed at the clinic. Through intense professional training courses and workshops she has developed her injecting skills under the guidance of plastic surgeon, Dr Niamh Corduff.

Debra's services offer experienced injecting for anti-wrinkle treatment, lip enhancement and associated techniques.

Robyn Cassidy

Registered Nurse

Robyn is a Registered Nurse who has been the senior nurse manager in Niamh's surgical practice since 1999. She is trained and qualified as an injecting nurse and supports the other nursing staff in the Clinic.

Tania Fogini

Dermal Clinician

Tania holds a BHSc - CDT (Bachelor of Health Science - Clinical Dermal Therapies ), and is a fellow of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians Inc. with over 20 years professional experience and over 12 years specialising in Laser treatment. Chairperson of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians in 2006. Tania is renowned for the treatment of sun damaged skin with Laser and Fractional Laser Technology incorporating medical skincare.

Tania is qualified as a Laser Safety Officer, ensuring laser safety in the clinic. She is naturopathically trained and is a clinical educator in the field of skin science and advanced vitamin skin therapy in counteracting the damaging effects of free radicals.

Tania Caputo

Tania holds a BHSc - CDT (Bachelor of Health Science - Clinical Dermal Therapies) , and is a fellow of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians Inc. with over 20 years professional experience. Tania C has spent over 12 years specialising in Laser treatments and has vast experience in Laser and Fractionated Laser treatment for sun damaged skin.

She also is highly experienced and reknowned for her creative talent and precision in Cosmetic Tattooing and medical Micropigmentation. Tania C is also experienced in laser treatment of hirsutism in polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Fiona Condon

Beauty Therapist

Fiona has trained under the guidance of the clinic and completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2008. She started with the clinic as a receptionist in 2004 and is now a full time beauty therapist with a higher understanding in medically based therapies as a result of her training in the clinic.

Fiona is now studying Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Therapies) at Victorian University to become a Dermal Clinician.

Julie Cooper’s background has been in the hair and beauty industry for over 20 years. She has worked for some of Geelong’s most recognised salons and has owned and operated her own successful Hairdressing business.

Her passion has always been in the beauty industry and is focused on ensuring outstanding customer service. Julie always tries her best to accommodate any client’s enquiries and ensure a perfect salon experience.

Bonnie O'Connell

Bonnie O’Connell holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and brings over six years experience in the beauty industry. After working in one of Melbourne’s busiest salons for five years, Bonnie moved to Byron Bay to work in a 5-star day spa.

Having since relocated to Geelong, Bonnie’s passion for results-driven medical strength skin care and facials is welcomed. Bonnie is also hoping to be accepted into the Dermal Clinicians Degree at University in the near future.

Janita Maloney

Janita has been managing both Medical and Dental Practices for over 25 years.

After completing her Oral Surgery nursing certificate in Melbourne she worked as an assistant to a Maxillofacial Surgeon for 5 years.

After moving to Geelong and Surfcoast she managed a Medical Practice and 5 years later moved on to manage a number of large Dental Practices in the Geelong area.

Janita maintains the smooth running of the Cosmetic Refinement Clinic. She manages the finances and staffing of the Clinic and co-ordinates client services.

Janita is very motivated and is passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service. She endeavours to create a warm and welcoming environment to each and every client, to ensure their time here is a confidential, pleasant and friendly experience.
